    FOUNDER  & VISIONARY
           Doris M. Witherspoon
    Clarksville, Tennessee

Doris Marie Witherspoon, Major, USAR (Retired), a native of Angie, LA, and currently reside in Clarksville, TN. Received a ROTC Commission as a Second Lieutenant at Austin Peay State University (APSU), Clarksville, TN. Graduated from APSU on May 30, 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Joined The U.S. Army on Oct ’80 and later retired from USAR on Mar ‘98. Positions Held in the Army: Logistician (Medical Supply Officer); Personnel Management Officer, and Battalion Rear Detachment Commander during Operation Desert Storm while stationed at Fort Campbell, KY.

Received:

· Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course Certificate of Completion from North Central Junior College in Clarksville, TN.

· Certificate of Completion from Guthrie Job Corp for Women 1972.

· An Associate in Arts Degree from The University Of Maryland on Jan ‘78

Graduate of:

· Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN, Major in Social Welfare with a Minor in Criminal Justice.

· Graduate Of Guthrie Job Corp Center for Women, Guthrie, OK, Major in Electroencephalogram (Eeg) Technician with a Minor in Nursing Assistance.

Prior:

· Real Estate Associate - Listed and Sold Properties in The Clarksville, TN area.

· Owner Of Egyptian Treasures - A Family Import Business.

· Executive Director of a Multi-Level Marketing Firm - Maxxis 2000, based in Atlanta, GA.

· President of St. Bethlehem Kiwanis Club.

· Member of Toast Masters - Speaking Club.

Currently The Founder and Owner of Family Properties. Own and Manage a Home Base Business of Rental Properties from home and dedicated to providing Homes to Families with low income. The Founder of Better Choice of Living (BCOL).

Committed Myself to helping others by using and sharing the wisdom and knowledge that God has Blessed Me with in hope that they too, will seek God and ask Him to show them His Will for their lives just as I continue to do. I am happily married to James P. Witherspoon. I have two children and six grandchildren. We are members of Concord Missionary Baptist Church and Reverend Delbert Brown is our Pastor. We continue to let our light shine for all to see the Blessings of God in our lives.
